About the Role:
Ruhmann Law Firm in El Paso, TX is looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our personal injury practice. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and compassionate manner
- Answer and direct high-volume incoming phone calls, take messages, and manage the front desk
- Schedule and confirm client appointments and consultations for attorneys
- Maintain and organize client files, legal documents, and intake records
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and correspondence
- Coordinate with paralegals and attorneys to ensure smooth daily office operations
- Perform general administrative and data entry tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Prior receptionist, administrative, or front desk experience required; legal office experience a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual English/Spanish
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Compassionate, client-focused attitude with a professional appearance
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or legal coursework a plus

Compensation: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
